Visual inspection of the unit and its individual parts for visible damage, checking the operation of auxiliary engineering systems (ventilation, cooling, fuel, etc.) as parts of the energy complex.

Upon completion of the commissioning the equipment is tested for 72 hours with consequent signing of delivery report by the parties and transfer of the complex into commercial operation.
In the process of commissioning, the customer's operating personnel are trained and familiarized with the basics of operation of energy complex and carrying out routine maintenance work.

AG Service carried out E50 and E60 overhauls of MWM TCG2032V16 and Caterpillar CG260-16 generating equipment, performed interim and major overhauls of Caterpillar G3500 generating sets
All work is carried out by qualified personnel using specialized tools and mandatory quality control, followed by comprehensive testing of machinery, indicating the successful completion of repairs. Our staff have vast experience in completing complex overhauls. The staff is regularly being trained and confirm their qualification.
A thorough inspection of all engine units is carried out in order to evaluate operating condition and reuse possibilities.
The on-site service allows carrying out repairs at the customer’s premises with haulage of separate engine modules, impossible to repair on-site, to the workshop.
Our repair shops are equipped with all the necessary tools for overhaul of separate units and components of internal combustion engines.
The workshops have equipment for checking the tightness of cylinder heads and balancing turbocharger shafts. Machining of flat surfaces allowing to extend equipment’s operating term and avoid replacement of costly parts is also available.

We provide warranty for 8,000 hours or 12 months of operation of repaired machinery, whichever comes first.
