Why is regular maintenance necessary?
Qualified maintenance is required to ensure smooth operation of the power plant. Our company provides maintenance of gas reciprocating power plants built by Caterpillar, FG Wilson, MTU, MWM, Wartsila, Waukesha, Elteco, Rolls-Royce, Perkins.
Each model of reciprocating power plant has individual service periods. Maintenance is carried out according to plan and schedule stated by the manufacturer.
In addition to scheduled maintenance, it is recommended to carry out periodic maintenance at the following intervals:

To keep the equipment in constant readiness for operation.
To prevent equipment failures and breakdowns, as well as to identify minor malfunctions that could lead to power unit failure.
To reduce the cost of electricity generation.
One-time maintenance every 50 to 200 hours. During the maintenance, technical fluids, filters and expired or close to expiry consumables are replaced.
Every 1000, 2000 or 5000 hours, consumables and spare parts are replaced with complete system diagnostic. The piston assembly, engine crankshaft may be replaced as well.
Seasonal maintenance is carried out according to the transition to the summer or winter season.
Power unit maintenance is essential for maintaining the working condition and tuning of voltage put out by the electric generator.

Cleaning and replacing the crankcase breather system.

Adjustment CO and NOx content in exhaust gases.

AG Service carried out E50 and E60 overhauls of MWM TCG2032V16 and Caterpillar CG260-16 generating equipment, performed interim and major overhauls of Caterpillar G3500 generating sets
All work is carried out by qualified personnel using specialized tools and mandatory quality control, followed by comprehensive testing of machinery, indicating the successful completion of repairs. Our staff have vast experience in completing complex overhauls. The staff is regularly being trained and confirm their qualification.
A thorough inspection of all engine units is carried out in order to evaluate operating condition and reuse possibilities.
The on-site service allows carrying out repairs at the customer’s premises with haulage of separate engine modules, impossible to repair on-site, to the workshop.
Our repair shops are equipped with all the necessary tools for overhaul of separate units and components of internal combustion engines.
The workshops have equipment for checking the tightness of cylinder heads and balancing turbocharger shafts. Machining of flat surfaces allowing to extend equipment’s operating term and avoid replacement of costly parts is also available.

We provide warranty for 8,000 hours or 12 months of operation of repaired machinery, whichever comes first.
