AG Service carries out interim and major overhauls repairs of generating equipment manufactured by MWM, CAT, Rolls-Royce, Perkins, Cummins and other makers of gas reciprocating equipment of various capacities.
Major overhauls require service provider’s personnel to be highly qualified. Therefore, all work is carried out exclusively by certified and experienced specialists. Unqualified staff are not allowed at the facilities.

All work is carried out by qualified personnel using specialized tools and mandatory quality control, followed by comprehensive testing of machinery, indicating the successful completion of repairs. Our staff have vast experience in completing complex overhauls. The staff is regularly being trained and confirm their qualification.
A thorough inspection of all engine units is carried out in order to evaluate operating condition and reuse possibilities.
The on-site service allows carrying out repairs at the customer’s premises with haulage of separate engine modules, impossible to repair on-site, to the workshop.
Our repair shops are equipped with all the necessary tools for overhaul of separate units and components of internal combustion engines.
The workshops have equipment for checking the tightness of cylinder heads and balancing turbocharger shafts. Machining of flat surfaces allowing to extend equipment’s operating term and avoid replacement of costly parts is also available.

We provide warranty for 8,000 hours or 12 months of operation of repaired machinery, whichever comes first.
