Maintenance works E-50 MWM TCG 2032 V16

• Dismantling works;
• Cleaning of flame filters and hot water coolers;
• Inspection of components of the riveted valve mechanism of cylinder heads;
• Refurbishment of turbochargers;
• Replacement of damper, exhaust gas damper, crankshaft main bearing, replacement of engine oil and filter elements of the lubrication system;
• Assembly of gas reciprocating generator sets and comprehensive post-repair testing after the work.

All operations for disassembly and assembly of individual components of the engine were carried out by qualified personnel, using special hydraulic tools and devices, in strict accordance with the manufacturer's procedures.
