• Dismantling works;
• Refurbishment of cylinder heads, turbochargers, cooling jackets, throttle valves, etc.;
• Replacement of main bearings of crankshaft, damper of rotational vibrations, roller pushers, power generator bearings and worn the cylinder-piston group parts;
• Cleaning and revision of starting air coolers, gas-air mixers, internal surfaces of the cylinder block, etc.;
• Checking and adjusting of crankshaft clearances of engine and the generator rotor;
• Assembly of gas generator set and post-repair comprehensive testing.

All operations for disassembly and assembly of individual components of the engine were carried out by qualified personnel, using special hydraulic tools and devices, in strict accordance with the manufacturer's procedures.
